Classic Gardens Nursery celebrated its 11th anniversary on July 1st 2005.  If you count the years prior to 1994 when the business was originally Albert's Landscape, the Tafelski family has brought Murphy and the surrounding areas 25 years of experience and know-how. Don learned horticulture hands-ons. In high school and during the summers while he was a Business major at Austin College in Sherman, Texas,  Don worked for his brother Albert in landscaping business and with Garrison Gardens in Plano, formerly This Old House. A natural when it comes to landscape design, Don enjoys selecting flowers, plants, shrubs, and trees that will accent and enhance his customer's yards,  And with the benefit of the full-scale nursery, quility products, unique fountains and other ornamental merchandise, Classic Gardens can design, supply and install everything you need to have the best looking yard on the block! Don likes being in a nursery atmosphere but he also likes talking with customers and helping them with what they perceive to be gardening challenges.  He believes in keeping his money local by supporting Murphy businesses as much as he can and he hopes that Murphy residents will do the same and shop at Classic Gardens first to experience the personal attention that his family-owned and operated business offers.  Team member Killzall!  On the prowl!
